Paul & his PA Brittany were both very friendly, accommodating, flexible and professional. The most pleasing thing was that a high level of service was maintained from the offer stage right through to settlement. Hard to put down a rating on his negotiation skills, as I was the buyer and the best price was negotiated for the seller (hence 3 stars).
