My property was an unusual one and I knew it would not be a particularly quick sale. Paul didn't try to sugar-coat that fact but worked hard to find the right buyer for the property. Throughout the sale, I was very happy with my dealings with Paul; he was always available to answer my questions - and answer them honestly, offer advice and generally keep me in the loop at all times. In the end, he sold the property in good time for a very good price. I am happy to recommend him to all.

Easy to deal with, smooth process. Corresponded in timely manner, every question answered promptly. Requests for assistance with other bodies was undertaken promptly and saved us time in having to arrange ourselves. No hassles, understood what we were looking for and notified us properties to look at. Made the whole exercise stress free and we were kept in the loop either by email or phone by both Paul and his assistant Brittany. Both advised us when settlement was effected and to collect keys. Beautiful Box of Chocolates and Champagne at the end. Having dealt with other agents in the Industry, this was pleasant, refreshing and a breeze. Will certainly use Paul again and recommend him. I was a rather nervous first home buyer, but this was quickly rectified after speaking with Paul. I had originally contacted Paul in regards to another house in the suburb I was interested in buying in - it had unfortunately already had an offer accepted on it however over the next few weeks I received emails from Paul advertising similar properties - which is where I was able to find and buy my new villa. I had my unit on the market for 3 months with a supposed award winning agent. Three months later and not even 1 offer. I was then approached by Paul Tuesday, he had a client through Thursday, back and signed up Friday and settled within 4 weeks. If I had employed Paul's services back in August the property would have been sold and settled well before Christmas! Paul is meticulous and ever so personable. Paul is true to his word, honest, diligent and very organised. His assistant is also lovely and very competent. All in all, I have nothing but praise for Paul and Brittany. I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking to sell. Honestly you would be doing yourself a favor.

The negotiation and sale was fairly smooth sailing due to Carlos, Sam and the team. There were a few issues which I think could have been handled better only if I had known to put more clauses on the contract, however the team were super friendly, efficient and helpful wherever they could be and really were a pleasure to do business with!
