Extremely helpful and excellent negotiator
Paul is always helpful and prepared to go above and beyond. He helped us get our offer over the line and get us on the owner on the same page. And he has awsome sense of humour that help put us at ease, anda few laughs as well!!

The seller with a difference
If you want to sell your home with someone who has something just that little bit different, choose Paul Owen. His no nonsense approach is a refreshing change to the real estate scene. He was efficient in every way, has a great team around him to ensure nothing is overlooked and the whole process was an enjoyable one, despite the downturn in the market. Paul was very genuine and took an interest in meeting our needs
I had complete confidence in Paul from the time I first met him. He was very thorough and honest about values in Maylands and confirmed in our minds that we were getting value for money. Alice and I never doubted that we would complete the purchase even though we had a number of obstacles to cross.We were clear that we were being guided by our faith in God to make this move after spending over 20 years in Mandurah. We love Mandurah but our circumstances dictated that we had to downsize and move closer to Perth . After prayerfully considering a number of options, felt that a move to Maylands a wise option and we are both looking forward to fitting in to the community.
