Our experience with Crowne Real Estate Ipswich has been wonderful. We purchased our investment property through them and they assisted us with every aspect of the sale. The owner of the business even provided his contact details and said we could call him at any time if we could not get hold of one of his agents. We then chose to give the management of the property to Crowne and Esperence and her team helped us manage the process from completing a pre settlement inspection on our behalf to renting the property 6 days after settlement. We highly recommend Crowne Real Estate's services. They truly went above and beyond.

I booked an appointment on a Monday, and met Emerence and Jody at the property on the Tuesday. Emerence and Jody were friendly, honest, down to earth and realistic - which I was very glad to find, as an ex-property manager myself with a number of years experience in the local area (so knowing what to expect). Emerence and Jody have kept in touch with me regularly throughout the letting process and gave me honest feedback about the process, as well as about my property. And a bonus - the property was rented within about 2 weeks of being advertised!
