We've dealt with many property managers and Emerence is the most amazing property manager by far. Communication is key for us as we don't live in the area and we rely on our property manager to be our eyes. She is onto everything, doesn't miss anything and she reminds us what needs to be done. She is organised, thorough and prompt. Not only does she care for us the landlord but the tenants as well which is a good balance and helps everything run smoothly. Kaitlyn and Emerence were my property managers and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Throughout the duration of my lease Emerence was lovely and extremely pleasant to deal with. She was quick to respond to all communications and I felt comfortable reaching out to her with any issues or problems I had as a tenant. Plenty of notice was always given for house inspections and any maintenance required for the property. I have recently moved out of my property and I was provided great help and support. Kaitlyn checked in multiple times during the process to offer assistance with anything she could. She made the process of moving out less stressful and I’m grateful for her kindness and support during this time.
