Kaitlyn and Emerence were my property managers and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Throughout the duration of my lease Emerence was lovely and extremely pleasant to deal with. She was quick to respond to all communications and I felt comfortable reaching out to her with any issues or problems I had as a tenant. Plenty of notice was always given for house inspections and any maintenance required for the property. I have recently moved out of my property and I was provided great help and support. Kaitlyn checked in multiple times during the process to offer assistance with anything she could. She made the process of moving out less stressful and I’m grateful for her kindness and support during this time. One of my rental properties was maliciously damaged by the tenants. Emerence Jonker from Crown Real Estate Ipswich managed the whole tenant eviction promptly. She handled the insurance claim extremely well with hardly any of my involvement. Emerence is knowledgeable with her claims and very proactive with her actions. She is update with the rental legislation and market values. Emerence kept me updated with my claim and carried out my instructions promptly and professionally. I have used a lot of other agents and a majority of them have let me down. Emerence has saved me a lot of time and headaches. The owner of this real estate agent also has ethics. She tries to rectify issues asap and compensates as required. This is because she cares. This real estate team has something that I have not experienced in the last 30 years.
