First I had rang to enquire about a property they had listed which had just gained a contract. Kirsty continued to ask open ended questions about what we looking for to be able to assist with other properties they had listed or that may come up for sale. She dug a little deeper without being a over bearing pushy sales person and asked about my current situation . I explained we would be selling our family home before buying a new one. I explained we haven’t done anything yet in regards to value but had a figure of what were after. She offered to come over with some local market research and value our house. I was like that would be great thinking the earliest would be during the week due to being lunch time Saturday. Mike and herself came out at 5:30 pm that day.
