First I had rang to enquire about a property they had listed which had just gained a contract. Kirsty continued to ask open ended questions about what we looking for to be able to assist with other properties they had listed or that may come up for sale. She dug a little deeper without being a over bearing pushy sales person and asked about my current situation . I explained we would be selling our family home before buying a new one. I explained we haven’t done anything yet in regards to value but had a figure of what were after. She offered to come over with some local market research and value our house. I was like that would be great thinking the earliest would be during the week due to being lunch time Saturday. Mike and herself came out at 5:30 pm that day. We had ran into Mike earlier in afternoon after a couple of open houses. Mike became a main point of call and was so accommodating to how we wanted it to work out for our new purchase who happened to be with them as well . Things happened so fast . Mike knew what he was doing and sold our house within a week!!! Due to unforeseen circumstances Mike had his personal Assistant Ally assist with finalising the last unconditional terms. Kay was very honest, was well spoken and an overall fanatic agent. Kay was the only agent who i delt with when inspecting houses who would reply back and would follow up after an inspection. I needed to get a contract signed for my house in a short time-frame and Mike got the sale at the price I wanted. I live inter-state from where the house is located and wanted an agent who could take care of the details. Mike liaised with the tenants in the house, organised the post-vacate inspection and secured buyers to inspect the property which made the process easy.
