Kay was great she always answered my calls n I always looked into it if she didn't know. Most important her honesty is something that is hard to find in a real estate agents.

I was full of hope with this agency. Although they did eventually sell my house after I had to reduce the price dramatically. I was promised a lot and did not feel it was all delivered. An small example was I was thanked by a phone call for my house selling & promised a thank you gift. I had not expect one, but when you are told you are receiving something and it never comes. There is then let down. I was told Kirsty would look after me and she did not. I want to be able to take people at their word. They were not as bad as previous agent. But did not live up to expectations. Office staff however were lovely and helpful.

The house was listed with another agent for 90 days with only 2 people attending open house in that time. Within 3 days of listing with Crowne we had 4 families through the house and within 3 weeks we had an offer and sale. I would use Crowne in a heartbeat should I ever decide to sell a house again.

Both Ryan and Jenni are the most obliging people you would wish to meet. Always happy and smiling even when things are not going quite to plan. Always really helpful even when my husband phoned them when they were on a much deserved and long overdue few days holiday. We cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they have put in for us to sell our house nothing was too much trouble for them. We now regard them as friends as well as the best agents.
