As a property investor I have met a lot of agents in the Ipswich area but have never come across anyone with as much enthusiasm and industry knowledge as Ryan and Jenni. When they told me what they were going to list one of our investment properties for I almost laughed at them thinking that was out of reach as every other agent who had been there had told me a price much much lower. We gave them the listing with no expectation of them even getting any interest at that price but within a week before the property had even been advertised they had a contract signed for a price we never even imagined of achieving.
