Doyle Spillane has been the best one among several others that I have been using over the years. They treated my interests as their job. I received proper advices regarding maintenance, rental market updates, proactive handling of bad tenant with very good solutions.

We found Maddison to be outstanding in helping us prepare our property for rental. She was extremely knowledgeable, gave us valuable advice and went out of her way to see that the house was ready for rental in a timely fashion. Maddison was very proactive in organizing tradespeople and fittings on our behalf. We would confidently recommend her. Daniel was able to rent our property very quickly. Both agents were very good at keeping us updated every step along the way.

I'd like, in particular, to commend the advice and support of Cristiane during the change of tenants in our Darley Rd unit. Having mixed feelings about our future in the real estate market it was reassuring to have Joe Lemma give us confidence to make the decisions we did for our future.

Doyle Spillane has been very helpful in finding us new tenants for our unit, especially so close to Christmas. My fiancé and I are very happy and grateful for all there help.

Thanks so much to Joe and his team. We are very grateful for the superior and timely service and all the advice. We had our open on Saturday and everything was done and dusted by Monday afternoon - the price we wanted, the tenants we wanted....we just couldn't be happier with the result.

We have several properties with Doyle Spillane. They have always ensured that our properties have been kept to the same standard as we handed them over to them to manage for us. The team has always made themselves available to answer questions or to keep us up to date with market conditions. Unable to recommend them high enough

Once again the team at Doyle and Spillane has secured good tenants in no time at a rent that we are happy with. They use excellent systems and procedures. Nothing is left to chance in the process. Cris, our property manager, is very professional and efficient in looking after the property with great attention to details. Cris has a friendly personality which allows her to establish relationships of trust with tenants and landlords alike. She maintains a good communication. We always value her advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Cris to anyone looking for a property manager.
