Very easy to deal with from a landlords perspective, however the reason we actually use them is when we were renting with them we felt they did their utmost to ensure the landlords property was always looked after and swore when we had our own investment property we would definitely be using their services. Joe and Justen are great to deal with and very responsive to any queries we have, would highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants alike.
