How refreshing when moving into my new premises to find a 'goodie' bag from Doyle & Spillane containing (amongst other things) tea bags, chocolates, biscuits etc. Which other agency does that! The Agency staff were most helpful too and the whole process was seamless.

I am full of praise for my property manager, Melanie Hodge. She has been very proactive and seen to more than the usual issues with my new tenants with timely responses and sensible arrangements. Her manner has also been pleasing. I am not so sure about the experience or skills of the young man who selected the tenants, both this time and on a previous occasion some years ago. Perhaps it is just the luck of the draw with applicants, perhaps we rushed in to take the first applicants. I have been both delighted and disappointed, on different occasions and feel that it would have been better for me to meet with them in person before decisions were made.

I have found Doyle Spillane are a very helpful and quick with advice when a problem occurred. In particular,Lauren Anderson is a great asset to the Company. With a problem that occurred regarding a maintenance issue she liaised with the Strata Mananger, the tenant, and lastly myself and wars extremely efficient in solving the issue.

Our Property Manager has been fantastic organising and keeping us updated on some known repairs /maintenance when we took out the lease. Even when Property Manager away the team at Doyle Spillane appear to have notes on system and promptly step up to liaise with the trades - every confidence Doyle and Spillane are there to assist us
