We chose Doyle Spillane as they are a helpful and considerate family business that does a lot of wonderful work for our local community. Matt was very patient with us while we were assessing our options and debating when to sell. He had a deep knowledge of local market conditions and never tried to over sell us. The promotional process went very smoothly and we received a great offer after just three open houses. At no point did we feel pressured by Matt to accept anything we didn't feel comfortable with.
