Stephen managed the entire sale on my behalf, as I live 8hrs away. Engaging painters, cleaners, staging to produce a beautiful result I was proud to sell. The icing on the cake was his negotiation prior to auction. Absolutely recommend him.

Matt Morley is a great guy and did a great job selling my Mums unit in Dee Why . His communication was very consistent and clear .Although we didn’t achieve the price we thought we might . Matt made the whole experience very easy .

We chose Doyle Spillane as they are a helpful and considerate family business that does a lot of wonderful work for our local community. Matt was very patient with us while we were assessing our options and debating when to sell. He had a deep knowledge of local market conditions and never tried to over sell us. The promotional process went very smoothly and we received a great offer after just three open houses. At no point did we feel pressured by Matt to accept anything we didn't feel comfortable with. But he got us a great price for our property and we hope that the new owners enjoy a long and happy life in their new home. I would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the team at Doyle Spillane to anyone thinking of moving to the Northern Beaches.
