An amazing realestate team who are very friendly and treat properties as their own. In all the years I have been with Doyle Spillane, I have never been disappointed with the team and their effort to resolve issues. Very trustworthy and because of this I am worry free with my rental properties.

The staff at Doyle Spillane whether re leasing our units - asking questions - accounts help - keeping up to date with changes in markets etc are all so helpful quick and efficient. We have used them for over 10 years for buying - selling and renting out our units and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Doyle Spillane have managed our property for some years now. Cris (our property manager) is proactive and pragmatic, always providing sound advice on any issues that have arisen. We recently had a change of tenant and were impressed with the Doyle Spillane team (especially Lexi) who kept us informed at each step of the process.

I have bought and sold a unit and am renting out my townhouse through Doyle Spillane over many years. They have always been highly professional and efficient, and all done with grace. Their knowledge of the area would be surpassed by none. Their production of financial statements and summaries make accounting and tax time so easy. They always communicate promptly and clearly when matters arise.

I contacted Joe for help with leasing and managing my investment property. Joe met me quickly, despite it being during the Christmas close-down period. He was friendly and professional and put my mind at ease by guiding me through all the processes of getting the apartment ready for marketing/open inspections to finding the right tenant. I would highly recommend Joe and his team!

We have been clients of Doyle Spillane for more than a decade and they have been reliable and trustworthy during all these years. They have good market knowledge and have advised us well about changes in the law from a landlord’s perspective, they helped us select the right tenants and have been generally proactive and highly professional in all their interactions with us. They are quick to respond to queries and skilled in addressing all of our concerns. We thoroughly recommend them as property managers in the Northern Beaches.

Nathan and I really appreciate the area we’re staying in and settled very well. Although both of us have noticed we have had some ants in our unit crawling in. We would like some help with that please but other than that we really like the place we’re staying in and grateful for it.
