I engaged the team at Doyle Spillane to lease an apartment in Dee Why. The communication from Joe & Monika was absolutely wonderful. I didn't have to chase them for anything, they were both very proactive. They also secured a great tenant in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for an excellent property management firm. These guys are the best! They may have been a touch higher in fees than others, but when they deliver exceptional customer service I have no question on the fees charged, as they are well worth it, and bring so much value. Thank you.

I was really impressed with how quickly Joe gave a report from the open, instead of waiting until the following Monday after Saturdays open I had a live video debrief along with a full report with 15mins of the opening finishing! Outstanding, plus Joe and his team secured several applications and a great tenant all in the week before Christmas. Highly recommend Joe and his team at Doyle Spillane! 🙌
