Knowledgeable, honest and a great result

When I first decided to sell, I spoke to a few agents servicing the area and Joseph stood out straight away. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave honest, considered advice without ever being pushy. Throughout the sale, Joseph always promptly communicated updates and also gave me a lot of knowledgeable advice and was open about changes in the market. He doesn’t have the typical “real estate sales” approach, which I really appreciated, and I also felt that his genuine and straightforward manner would appeal to buyers. In what was a challenging market, Joseph sold my property in just 8 days and achieved a great price. I really valued his approach throughout the process and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
