When it became time to sell he assisted with excellent tradespeople for work that needed doing, advised the best approach to the minor cosmetic renovations and kept in touch throughout the several months of work with advice and tips. Namir knows the inner west market exceptionally well, has a book of buyers he keeps in contact with, and was exceptional in reporting on all inspections and statistics.
