I was blown away by Joseph's approach - personable, clear and with integrity. I was on edge seeing it is my first time as a vendor, however, with Joseph's expertise and experience plus a bonus of calm and a mixture of excitement all at the right times, it made my sale a huge success. My endless questions were never too many, and I'm sure I drove him nuts at times, however, never once did he fail to convince me we are on the right path. Joseph was always present, keeping me constantly updated on the progress of the campaign and making sure I understand why/how we take certain actions. I'm so glad I picked Joseph as I couldn't have asked for a better representative. Additionally, Joseph is also not afraid to sit me down and have the tough conversation prior to auction to set my expectations. This approach definitely worked with my personality (even though an auction is outside of anyone's control) and knowing where we're heading.
