Since 2011, he has kept in touch with us, regularly emailing, texting, and calling in to see my husband and me at times. I obtained other valuations when I decided to sell and chose to go with Namir because of my relationship with him. He also was helpful during that time as I found an apartment to buy, the building of which still needed to be finished. My husband and I downsized to this house ten years ago and enjoyed returning to the Inner West. We renovated the house and had happy years together here. My husband died quite suddenly in 2022, and once I decided to sell this January, Namir has been very sensitive as I have had to choose to leave the home I shared with my late husband. The marketing campaign to sell my home and eventual negotiations with the buyer have been perfect. Excellent numbers have been to the Open House days, and Namir has checked with all of them and provided me with feedback in his report. I would also like to commend Bronwyn for supporting Namir in this campaign. She was helpful and very empathetic. I am happy with the final figure obtained and exchanged contracts yesterday, 11 days before the auction. I would recommend Namir to anyone considering selling their home, especially in the Inner West of Sydney, where he knows the market well.
