I met Namir 18 months before I was ready to sell at one of his auctions. I gave him my details and he showed diligence by keeping in touch over the next 18 months. When it became time to sell he assisted with excellent tradespeople for work that needed doing, advised the best approach to the minor cosmetic renovations and kept in touch throughout the several months of work with advice and tips. He earned the right to sell the family home with genuine interest, and transparency and built trust at every discussion. The marketing strategy was sound, and he worked tirelessly to ensure inspections were successful. Namir knows the inner west market exceptionally well, has a book of buyers he keeps in contact with, and was exceptional in reporting on all inspections and statistics. We achieved an excellent result in a flooded market selling prior to the auction where he negotiated terms, and turned around contract changes quickly & efficiently at a price that was acceptable. He was honest and upfront about what to expect, and walked me through the different selling strategies. He took the time to answer my questions.
