Joseph has secured a buyer for our investment property in one week flat, interest rates on the rise have drastically reduced the number of buyers in the real estate market and also affected the budgets available to buyers so making the job that little bit tougher. We knew that the market had dropped compared to twelve to eighteen months ago but we had the necessary straight conversations with Joseph to that end so we were all on the same page in terms of expectations. We obviously have been watching the market prior to listing and there are not many properties that are selling in record time especially with a unconditional sale. Communication was also excellent getting immediate feedback on open inspection numbers and followed up with detailed feedback on each buyer who attended. Overall very happy with the sale price, the professionalism demonstrated by Joseph and his team, special mention to Alyssa who works tirelessly in the background keeping everything on track.
