He made us feel very relaxed and comfortable at every stage and we couldn't believe the final price we achieved - and in such a short time. We interviewed the top agents in the area and were very thorough in our criteria and in the end we are positive we made the right choice. Namir obviously has an in depth knowlege of the Inner West housing market and used this to great effect in his campaign to sell our house. From our very first meeting with him, he behaved in a professional but very friendly manner. He contacted us with updates on a regular basis and was always available to answer our questions. When Sydney went into lockdown half way through our campaign he calmed our nerves and worked hard to make sure potential buyers were still able to view the property. I purchased a Newtown property, pre-auction from Namir after another potential purchaser put forward an offer that was attractive to the vendor. Namir knew we were interested in the property as we had already provided changes to the contract via our solicitor - so he gave us a call to participate in the pre-sale. His communications were professional, and disclosed only appropriate information that allowed a fair go for interested parties. Kate really knows the Inner West market, what people are looking for and what is of value to property seekers in the Inner West. I found Kate to be open, honest and very easy to deal with. Kate assembled the right stylist, photographer, video maker and others to ensure our house was presented to the market looking its absolute best.
