Adrian’s advice was spot on
Having dealt with Adrian in the past he was our go to for advice on property in the area. Being a hot market we expected things to go well, however Adrian’s advice around marketing, timing and pricing was spot on. He showed a deep understanding of the buyer profile we were targeting and where those buyers would be found. The result spoke for itself as we had dozens of registrations and the end result heavily exceeded our expectations. We’d confidently recommend Adrian and his advice if you are thinking of selling.

Best in class agent..
Our house was sold by Adrian just after lockdown ended. We had met with a few other agents before we decided to sell. His advice and experience on the market was a huge influence on us finally deciding to sell at this time and with him. I love the fact that he was always available and willing to help. He has an abundance of knowledge within the area of Marrickville. Weekly reports and website feedback summary, client interest kept us comfortable and we know where things were heading. We had this property for many years and believe we got the best price on the current market. With no doubt we would recommend Adrian and his team to anyone selling.

Apartment sale - summer hill
Namir is an expert on the inner west housing market and helped me to get a great result on my apartment sale. Namir worked extremely hard throughout the campaign to get a strong result for me and did so despite an extremely tight timeframe (as I had bought elsewhere). Cannot recommend him enough.

Excellent customer service, knowledge & professionalism
Kate was very professional, patient and kind. Her knowledge of the area is extensive. She helped us through all aspects of the process including arranging styling and providing renovation tips. Kate was upfront about all costs and expectations. We were kept up to date through the process. Kate sold our property prior to auction for the price we wanted. I would recommend Kate to anyone who wants an honest and skillful agent.

Dedicated, knowledgeable and personable agent who achieved a great result for us
We recently sold our house during 'peak' lockdown, with all the stresses that came with that. We selected Adrian over other agents in the market as we thought he was realistic about what we could expect for a sales price, rather than 'over-selling' our chances. We appreciated this honest and measured approach. Once on board, Adrian, with assistance from Georgia and the team, put in a huge effort to ensure our house was presented at its best, and that the sale process was seamless. We could really see Adrian had excellent knowledge of the local area and the market. Fantastic agent and recommended
Namir helped us find a suitable property to purchase over a number of months, helped with the negotiations of it and once we purchased he sold our house in Petersham for a great price. He did this during lockdown which isnt easy and gave us great advice along the journey. We ended up selling for a great price prior to auction and will use Namir in our continued property journey. He is highly recommended and a real estate professional.
