Namir is very experienced in his profession. He educated us about the local property market, laying out what to expect, his approach and ultimately the great result. He also gave us guidance with respect to presenting the house. Throughout the house inspection phase, he kept us up to date & discussed offers etc, and helped us determine best way to sell (i.e. should we take the property to auction). He has sold many houses/apartments in Petersham and knows the local market well. We knew on our first meeting with Kate that she was the agent for us. Kate (and the rest of the team at Adrian William) have a great people-centred approach and really stand apart from the competition. Kate is professional, high communicative and goes above and beyond for her clients. She has a wealth of experience and great intuition. There is no doubt that selling your first home is a stressful experience especially during a pandemic but Kate made everything that much easier and seamless. Nothing was too hard for her and we were able to count on her for every step of the journey. We got a great price for our house - the best on the street to date! I wouldn't hesitate to work with Kate again in the future and highly recommend her. Don't do the obvious if you are selling in Newtown go to Kate instead!!!
