From the outset our agent, Jamie Philp, was wonderful! She has extensive knowledge of the rental market in our area; she recommended effective pricing strategy and provided regular updates on the performance of our advertising campaign. Jamie arranged and conducted all the property inspections, again keeping us well informed on expressions of interest and applications. Within 2 weeks she secured excellent tenants who are a great fit for our rental property. She also provided an extremely comprehensive incoming property report and was always very professional and friendly.
