All the people at Fall specially courtney, Shontai, Josie and Kristy were really accomodating and friendly. Sometimes they can be very busy and unresponsive but in all cases they usually calls/emails back to us to follow up really quickly. They are understanding of people's needs and we felt really welcomed by their gestures all throughout.

Falls RE have been managing my property for 4 years and I couldn't be happier. Kirsty, Jodie and the team are highly professional. They are friendly and approachable and are quick to respond to any issues and all communications . They look after my interests well and keep me updated on what is happening with the local rental market. Tenants were selected carefully and seem settled and happy. My property is an old heritage listed home and quick attention to any maintenance is critically important - the team are quick to let me know of any problems or potential problems they notice through regular inspections so they can be dealt with or rectified before they become big - and possibly expensive - problems. I am grateful for their care and attention.

Emily and Elyse are very friendly and our communication has always been efficient with the requests being addressed immediately. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were with my new rental, given the situation was a bit not ideal and upsetting, where I had to leave my previous rental because of the owner selling that house. I ended up having a good experience, even though the situation was stressful and difficult.

The team at Fall Real Estate North Hobart have been amazing from the first contact. Moving interstate and not been able to attend an open home they were happy to FaceTime us through the property. It has been 6.5 years since we last had to apply for a rental property. Plenty has changed! We were very nervous about how long it would take for us to secure a new property. Ellyse and the Fall team were fantastic to work with. Professional, honest, and very timely with their processing. Our move happened very fast, only 9 days from inspecting the property! Ellyse's communication throughout the process was exactly what we needed, we never felt panicked, updates were given regularly, there was no need to chase for answers. We highly recommend Fall Real Estate for future tenants!

We rented a property from Fall, after a long three months or searching and disappointment. Fall agents were by far the most informed and offered the most accurate information about the market situation. The prompt professional informed and courteous service was by far on another level than most of the completion. We did meet some excellent competitor agents who provided accurate and realistic market information. But the majority were going thru the motions and provided information that was misleading and wasted time.

Ariel has achieved the best result for our investment property, she pays attention to details, an application came through at the first day of open home! Ariel is a polite and friendly lady, she has so much patience explaining everything in detail, very professional, the best agent that I have ever had! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a good agent.
