From a friends' recommendation I approached Kim approximately 2 years ago to organise and facilitate the renting of my house. Kim was not just professional and efficient, but also a personable and friendly person. Everything from A-Z was left to Kim to organise and she achieved everything in such an effortless manner ... amazing agent. Now I have Mel and Kelly (with Kim ready to assist if required). Mel, just recently readvertised my house and found new tenants. The communication and interaction between myself and these three extremely capable and wonderful property managers/agents is second to none. Nothing is too hard and they take not just a professional, but also a humane approach to both the renters and the owners. I take on board all their suggestions and leave everything to them knowing it will be handled at the highest level. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you manage to get any one of these ladies, you could consider yourself extremely lucky. If you got all three I suggest you have hit the jackpot.
