Excellent service
First time with Fall Real Estate. Very professional service, especially Naomi, who was enthusiastic and patient in solving the problems we encountered in renting the house. Whatever questions I had about the house were answered quickly and professionally, Naomi is very dedicated and with her help we were able to rent our house without any problems.

Efficient!
We appreciated the efficient service provided by Fall Real Estate, which enabled us to view a property and sign a lease agreement the very next day. This was crucial for us as we had only a five day visit in Hobart to find and arrange suitable rental accommodation. Fall Real Estate also helped us heaps by taking care of a delivery of home appliances in our absence.

Highly recommended team
Mel and Taylor both currently manage my investment property. Combined their communication and organisational skills are wonderful. They both have an investor mindset which makes it easy to navigate through any situations that may arise. My experience so far is nothing short of excellent. Very Happy
The property managers (Nicole, Shontai, Elle & Gillian and the rest of the team) have provided excellent assistance with our units. They have kept us informed of any problems, and promptly organised repairs. We totally recommend their service.
