Jade & Ella + the Fall team more broadly are fantastic to deal with. They are friendly and communicative, rates are competitive, inspections are carried out routinely and the reports are thorough. In my experience, the different departments of Fall Real Estate work very cooperatively together and the Team are always happy to provide professional and helpful advice from colleagues in different areas relevant to the query at hand. Any time I have a question it is answered extremely quickly. I have recommended Jade & Ella to others and don't hesitate to do so.

The team is extremely professional and happy to help out anytime. We could only pick up the keys on a weekend, and Courtney was happy to hand over the keys on outside office hours.

I was impressed with the communication Samantha Nolder exhibited through out the leasing process. Samantha kept me updated with applicants, ran professional open homes and market expectations of the rental yield I could expect in the current climate. I have no hesitation in recommending Fall Realestate for your leasing arrangements and to fulfilling your particular requirements.

From the moment I first meet Naomi, I knew she was the agent for us. Warm, extremely knowledgable, dedicated and understanding. I witnessed her go above and beyond for potential tenants (e.g. video inspections) and for us (i.e. very sincere, thoughtful and kind). Her experiences and personality matched exactly what we were looking for. Falls rates were competitive when compared to the other real estates we also quoted. Naomi wasn't pushy and didn't try to 'sell us' like some of the other agencies either. Naomi, you exceeded our best expectations - thank you.
