The Team at Fall Real Estate have been a pleasure to work with. The information and oversight they provide gives me confidence to know that my property is being looked after well. The team is good to deal with and responsive. The actions they have taken to market the property and the vetting of prospective tenants has resulted in tenants who care about the property and look after it. Even with changes of staff the level of support and management has not changed. I fully recommend the team at Fall Real Estate.

I recently worked with Fall and was impressed with their services. Kim was communicative, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. They always prompt in responding to our emails and kept us informed every step of the way. The team provided valuable insights and guidance, and was able to secure a great price for our property. I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She does have connection with good heat pump services as well. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

I have rented with Fall real estate for 3 years and they've always been amazing, extremely professional and helpful always approachable and understanding. Once I found the listing for my new rental and saw it was with Fall I knew I had to apply and throughout the application process the agents were outstanding from the moment I inspected the house right up to signing my lease and picking up the keys Fall have been so supportive and friendly. I couldn't possibly recommend Fall real estate any higher. I look forward to many good years renting with them.
