Takes the stress out of the process
I am a first time landlord and have been quite worried about renting out the place I have called home for the last 5 years. Jane from Frank Dowling made it very easy for us, making sure she came and met us in person, and explained the process in detail. She ensured we understood the costs of leasing very clearly. She also organised a private viewing outside of the planned open for inspection that resulted in quick rental. I would highly recommend Jane and Frank Dowling.
