Wow, can’t believe we’ve been given the request to write a reply after our experience, but this is it... Unfortunately after the agreement for the unit we had been approved for by Frank Dowling RE had been signed and the deposit paid and our current agent given notification, the agent pulled the property off the market! This left us in a very difficult and awkward position trying to restore the good faith our current agent had in our previous good history to let us retain our current rental. Quite a disappointing experience that nearly left us without a roof over our heads without the kindness of the wonderful staff at Sweeney’s. But the Frank Dowling staff said please and thank you on the emails, so we can’t give just one star!
