Laura and her team were truly amazing. Got a good tenant into the property at first open, but made sure the inappropriate applications were screened out. Great communication, always kept in the loop. Assisted with a property previously managed by them beyond our expectations. Ensured tenants left the property clean and tidy, inside and out. Always happy to help any way they can. Always going above and beyond. Get the GJSmith team to manage your property. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Gary J Smith & our agent Lana in particular have been amazing so far. For us who have only ever rented privately, it was daunting going through a real estate agency but Lana has answered every question we have whether it be obvious or not and has guided us through the whole renting process. Lana has been professional but also kind & understanding, allowing me to work around my families schedule when getting documents to her. We had all the information we needed on our house before moving in and we are positive moving forward we will have the support we need for any enquiries we will have.
