We already had one rental property with the GJS Team and when an opportunity for a second rental came up, we did not hesitate and went directly to GJS to manage it for us.

I haven't rented since my 20s - boy have things changed! I felt a bit overwhelmed by the process, and largely ignored by other property managers who just seem to be going through the motions because the market is so tight. After a few opens with other agents I found a property to suit both husbo and me through Gary J Smith and was lucky enough to get it. Laura was at the open and was warm, engaged, and approachable. I had a bunch of questions and she was very patient. I never once felt looked down on or ignored. Once she'd confirmed things with me she was so helpful and walked me through the process (and paperwork!) of becoming a tenant. There were a few small things that needed sorting in the new place, and she was onto them immediately. Also a shout out to the receptionist at the Glenelg office - she is so friendly and helpful. A really great experience from the team there. Thanks Laura!

I want to thank Garry J smith especially Laura who helped to find rental home after our previous landlord decided to sold unit. It was so stressful to to find rent in this crazy property market. Met Laura during inspection. She was very kind who understand my situation. Also when we went to collect keys, we are handed with gift basket which made us feel that we are important to them😊 We are endlessley greatful towards you for helping to find our new home.

From the moment I arrived at the property inspection, Sarah was very welcoming and nice. Communication with Sarah from the inspection, to the property offer, to the moving in stage, was very efficient and clear. I haven’t had any doubts about this agent and agency. We felt very welcomed when we came into our new rental to find a welcome home package and card. We can’t be more happier with this experience.

Thanks for such a smooth process. Never rented before only ever owned property’s and since meeting Shannon at the first inspection of the home she had made this process very easy for me. Instantly greeted with a big warm smile arriving to the home. She had a great understanding of the house and who the landlord was wanting to live here and I have no doubt she had made a great decision in choosing me to be the tenant!
