We had secured a property to rent with Gary J Smith RE which subsequently fell through as the landlords had a private issue and they couldn't move out of the property. Unsure what property management to go with,even knocking back (I know someone etc) to go with Garry j smith because I saw their vehicles in the hood several times and I thought why not. Deanne,Laura etc have been pretty good at the whole procedure and even blunt at times ie This needs to be done. If you want good tenants for your property go with them .

The transition period from one tenant leaving and a new tenant entering was transparent. The professional help in finding companies to under take work such as repairs and new floor coverings was excellent. This was all done in a timely manner . Very little vacant time between lettings. We are very impressed with the service which they have always provided. We would highly recommend Gary J Smith .
