The Team at Gary Smith have been excellent for the last many years (nearly a decade). First in assisting with the purchase on the property and managing the property since the sale. Finding excellent renters, arranging maintenance and repairs and performing schedule, routine inspections. They are always quick at communicating and assisting when asked.

The rental management team ensured finding a new tenant for my unit was a no stress event for me. They prioritised the best candidate, were quick and efficient and communicated each step with me without my prompting. Friendly team and easy to coordinate with. Certainly took the pressure off my list of things to do. Appreciate all the help and good customer service for both myself and the tenant.
