There Is Nobody That We Would Trust More
David has been an essential support for us in selling our home. Our family has worked with him for many years and there is nobody that we would trust more to sell or buy through. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and was there for us every step of the way. He was prompt with updates, communication and was always extremely professional.

Genuine Compassion combined with honest advice and unrivalled Local Market knowledge
Suzie took the time to understood the difficulties and challenges of selling our house after a marriage breakdown. Both Suzie and Arthur provided honest and accurate market advice while showing compassion and genuine care wanting the best outcome for us as the sellers. Nothing was ever to much for Suzie and they were always on hand to help and went above and beyond on so many levels. The best Agent you could hope for!
Out of 11 realestate agents i have had dealings with both buying and selling, i would rate Courtney Anderton the highest by far. Courtney helped me sell my property in Butler WA when i lived in SA. Due to covid, travel to my property was difficult. However Courtney did a stella job of helping me present the property and made the handover with the old property manager an ease. And in just over 2 weeks we were under contract! It is sometimes hard to find a good agent that allows the time for each property listed, communicates well to both buyers and sellers and ultimately gets results. When im ready to sell or looking to buy again in perths northern suburbs Courtney would be my first call. Communtication : 5/5 Ease of doing buisness: 5/5 Results: 5/5

A Pleasure From The Beginning With John!
It was a pleasure dealing with John from the beginning. He assisted us with matters not related to the sale of our own property and was always available for advice. John went above and beyond for us!
John went above and beyond in helping us with the sale of our property. He was more than willing to assist us with queries on the market prior to engaging his services, and really helped us with attending the property on numerous occasions for repairs etc. prior to sale. His advice in how we presented and marketed the property helped us achieve a price well above what we had hoped. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending John's services.

Good communication and very knowledgeable of area and property she was representing
We recently bought a house in Joondalup with Stella. We used a buyers agent, Ray Chua through Momentum Wealth and when our agent found out it was Stella selling this property they knew Stella had a great reputation as a real estate agent and knew they could trust her. She was a wealth of information about the property and area, she was great at communication between all parties and was open to negotiations. I would high recommend her.
