A professional dedicated Real estate
This was our 1st home purchase in Australia and daunting as it may seem,. Courtney was very understanding as we didn’t know the Australian housing system. She came round to our home when we formally submitted our offer and talked us through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, any questions we had were answered and if there were any unanswered questions, she would find the answers. Courtney kept us advised us of progress in the purchase and would always be available for questions. Courtney has a great sense of humour and is focused on her work and is a great asset to any company works for. We wish her all the best and recommended her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Just the house we needed and loved.
Kirrily got to know Rita and myself over a period of months as we were constantly on the hunt for a house to go once our Balcatta home of over 40 years was sold. After walking away from option after option Kirrily stuck with it. The crunch came and we had to move as our Balcatta home sold. The option of moving to a rental whilst looking and looking at moving twice and dealing with the storage of all of our stuff collected over many years was too much. Kirrily went to work and talked to homeowners on the move and found us a home that we love just in time, virtually with only days or a couple of weeks to finalise everything. No 1 Real Estate Agent
Selling a house is one of the most stressful things to do. Kirrily went out of her way to make sure we didn’t have to deal with any unnecessary stress. Nothing was too much trouble. Kirrily is kind, honest, straight forward & very efficient, something that is lacking in most Real Estate agents. Her knowledge of the Hocking market is exceptional.
