Professional and Prompt

Sale of 4 de Crillon way
Creagh was one of the agents we had selected to chat with but, due to circumstances, we had to wait for that appointment. However, it was worth the wait. Creagh was professional from the start right through to settlement. We would highly recommend him and his team.

Excellent sevice
Creagh kept me updated after every home open. His fee for marketing was very reasonable considering the professional photos taken for the online marketing He sat down to discuss different marketing strategies after the first month and was not pushy and also listened to our inputs. Considering the poor market situation, we are happy with how things turned out and will highly recommend him to others.

Kirrily Macri did a fantastic job of selling our home. After only one home open and before it was advertised on the websites our home had 2 offers. We accepted one offer and the sale went through very smoothly. We were thankful everyday for Kirrily's work in getting the sale so fast. My favourite agent in WA - highly recommended
Courtney has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is one of the most professional agents I have ever engaged and her solid market knowledge helped my property fetch well over my expected sale price (and well over the suburb median price too). She managed to arrange quite a handful of perspective buyers and we sold the house within a week of being on the market - quite an amazing experience - and certainly thanks to her strategy of replacing / repairing a few essential items such as carpet and kitchen benchtop. Once again we just want to thank Courtney for putting all these tedious tasks of selling a house together for us. Very satisfied!

Outstanding experience and results

Once our offer was put in, Nick was constantly keeping us updated with where it was at, and trying to get the deal done. May the Force Be With You
We found both David and Tim to be exceptional in the manner in which they dealt with the sale of the property concerned in the transaction. Particularly from our perspective as Mum & Dad bank where as third parties to the transaction there was no obligation on their part to involve and keep us informed of progress,etc but they chose to and nothing was too much trouble to ensure that the transaction proceeded smoothly Consider them to have the highest standards of ethics and integrity and can wholey recommend them.
