Overall Stella was a good agent to deal with. Everything ran smoothly with the settlement and hand over of the property. Stella also has good knowledge of the Joondalup area & the property. My only feedback would be that Stella could improve her communication as at times I had to chase her up for things, or information in her messages wasn’t accurate/had spelling errors. However, everything worked out in the end and I am happy with the overall outcome!

We cannot say enough about Nick's professionalism and attention to detail. He was completely thorough in explaining every level of the sale process. Nick typically responded to texts and emails within the hour. He was very efficient with sending us updates on viewings and he did seem to go above and beyond.
