My friend and I recently applied for our property through Harcourts Melbourne City, not only was the process quick and smooth but was handled with great care and kindness. Serena stayed in contact the whole time and the process quite literally only took 48hours from application submittal! Thank you again!

We have had a wonderful experience renting with harcourts. The showing agent of the property Darren was friendly, engaged and so helpful. He helped put down a comment for us to the rental providers in support, and he was sincere and personable. Sally has been wonderful over the phone and in person, transparent clear and efficient. Mikaele has similarly been wonderful. It has therefore been an easy process to begin tenancy, and we are happy for the good and the small differences in attitude and sincerity as compared to other agents we have encountered while looking.

Our experience with Harcourts has been extremely positive. Great communication from the team, quality advice in relation to the rental market and our property and there has always been someone readily available to help when we contact them.

Mikaele is the best property agent around and she manages our property with absolutely no stress to us, we know that she handles all situations professionally and we have complete peace of mind.

My agent (Mikaele) provides sounds advice. She understands the market and my property and can objectively guide me on what's best and realistic too. She's great at bringing in the right contractors when work needs to be completed and managing the tenant (when matters arise). I enjoy working with her.

Danielle and Darren kept me up to date with the progress of the exit of the existing tenant, along with the process and timelines for photos and advertising and having the apartment on the market. Their predictions can to be true against the plan that we had agreed and the new tenant has moved in without fuss. Great result.
