Harcourts Melbourne City has been very helpful and efficient. My apartment has been rented out without problems. The staff are quick in organising the clearance of the stuff I had left behind and rented out quickly and proficiently. I am very happy with their service and work for the last two years. It is now my second tenant they have found for me.

new tenants lasted a just over a month and departed due to personal reasons. Mikaele source and installed new tenants quickly who will hopefully work out better than the last ones

I worked with Serena in securing the apartment and she was very kind and patient with all my queries. This is my first time in Melbourne but she made the whole process very smooth and comfortable.

Dionne and Daniella were prompt to react to our inquiry, met us onsite, and gave realistic appraisals of rent and sale markets. Repairs were organized and carried out in a timely manner. They then placed the property on the rental market and it was rented out in a matter of days. Very good continued feedback on the state of the market with very insightful statistics on their sales and rentals over the last 12 months. Helpful, efficient and lovely people to deal with - heartily recommend Harcourts for CBD heritage properties as they make it their business to be on top of developments in this niche market.

Harcourts has been managing my apartment, and while they weren't the cheapest, the service is excellent. Serena, my contact, is always quick to respond and very professional. Her attentiveness gives me confidence that my property is in good hands.
