After my frustration with the multitude of inspections and inability to attain a home in Melbourne CBD due to the housing shortage and immense competition from the returning overseas students, Harcourts (particularly Annalise & Mikaele) were incredibly helpful and understanding. I am grateful for their communication & great service.

I won't be using anyone other than Harcourts Melbourne City.
I resisted changing Property Management providers for years - it was just easier to do nothing. The girls at Harcourts Melbourne City were patient but persistent. They've researched my building, respect its' Heritage Listing status & provided a thorough review of what was required to maximise my return. In the end I relented & made the change. Having adopted all of their suggestions I'm only regretful that I didn't make the change years earlier. They held my hand throughout the heights of the Covid- pandemic & we're now recovering together. Being in business myself I cannot recommend this Team highly enough. They deserve an Award!
