My experience with Harcourt’s has been the best I’ve had with a real estate agent. They’re such an incredible team, very friendly and personable. From the application process, securing my apartment to moving in, it’s been a great experience. The communication has always been top notch, issues are followed up instantly and solved within days. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough, incredibly professional team! The adorable office dog is an added bonus ;)

Harcourts Melbourne City 3000. I had managed my property myself for the last ten years and with the right tenants it was easy but this time I decided to go via an agent as there were several things that needed to be done. I found Harcourts professional and great communicators they have had all the problems fixed and onto the market promptly. I must admit I approached another agent but didn’t like their attitude. Harcourts are very straight down the line and give you all the information you need and costs promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to lease and take care of all your problems. I live out of state so it’s a great relief to have them manage my property.

We have had bad experiences with other agents who have tended to treat their rental responsibilities as a necessary but irritating side of their business. So we have been pleasantly surprised that Harcourts obviously regards rental management as important. We particularly appreciated your prompt demonstration of that commitment at the beginning of the pandemic. Even before that , we had considered writing proactively to you to praise the services offered by Mikaele Horsnell. Ironically, Mikaele often has bad news for us (eg tenants leaving, features needing replacement etc.) but we have always been impressed by her honesty, pleasant manner, willingness to keep us fully informed and helpfulness. Presumably these are characteristics advocated and endorsed by the agency, so you can be assured that she represents them admirably. Long may it continue!
