I've started leasing a city apartment from Harcourts Melbourne City since late June 2021, and I must say I'm very impressed with the fantastic customer service I've experienced thus far. The entire process happened during pandemic with lock-downs and restrictions in place, however; from the first contact to our ongoing comms after I leased the place, my agent Mikaele Horsnell, has always been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, punctual and very responsive to many emails and calls I've made. Her ongoing help and support made this difficult process seamless, easy and pain free. Also, the cool software application they use for the condition report to record a video and pictures, and then get the tenant to review and get everything sorted online makes it very easy and effective fr us tenants. Highly recommend Harcourts Melbourne City to everyone who are looking for a great service.
