Great Response
I have used this agency for 3 years now. The staff are so professional and address any queries or issues promptly. They also act in a timely manner over tenant changes and always offer sound advice. Mikaele Horsnell, in particular, is a pleasure to deal with. I have peace of mind when dealing with Harcourts City.

Its Easy with people Who Know What They're Doing
I previously had my property with another Melbourne agency, it was a disaster, so bad in fact that I listed it to sell. When it didn't sell due to COVID and a downturning market, a friend gave me Harcourt's contact details, and I'm pleased they did. Within a couple of weeks the property was rented and for a very good price (5.6% yield) considering what was happening due to COVID. Now my property is slowing increasing in value, Im so pleased I didn't sell and that I met the team at Harcourts. Five stars girls, you rip!!!!!
