Very proficient, always up to date, and excellent at communicating. I had the task of moving house during lockdown and their website was very easy to navigate; their video walk throughs were thorough, and the agent assigned to our property (Mikaele Horsnell) always followed up emails and calls in a professional and timely manner. Once signed up, their emails containing the inventory inspection was one of the easiest I have used, and i contained relevant information that saved me the trouble of asking any questions.

after an extended period (nearly 12 months) of our investment property being untenanted due to building maintenance issues and a less than expeditious building repair by the original builder, we finally have a tenant. throughout the building maintenance period, mikaele was our property manager, undertaking contact with the builder, liason with our solictor, liason with the body corporate, visits to the property and keeping us up to date. she was always readily available to chat, very quick to supply rental details and prompt with her responses to our queries. when building repairs finally completed, mikaele found a new tenant within a fortnight of the property being able to be leased. very happy to be continuing with harcourts as our leasing agent

Brilliant experience. As someone who's been out of the rental game as a tenant for (oof, 15 years!), I was more than a little green about what to do and expect. Mikaele was incredibly prompt on appointments, getting me through the property and following up on my application. Was paid up on bond and 3 months within 48 hours of asking for an appointment and in the property in under 5 days with repair work she identified already booked in. Really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism, particularly in trying, Melbourne-COVID conditions.

I currently have a rental property that I lease in the Melbourne CBA. I was having trouble leasing due to COVID-19 with a previous agent that I was using. I contacted Chloe she arranged for new photos digital styling and even temporary electricity to be set up. During the openings she would call me with any updates and was always professional, honest and made everything so easy. The statements and communication now that a tenant is occupying the property has been perfect and couldn’t ask for anything better. I couldn’t recommend Hardcourts Melbourne more highly
