My recent experience with Harcourts Melbourne City has been exceptional. My rental property was listed on a Monday during a very difficult period. Several enquiries were received on Tuesday, inspections followed on Wednesday and a lease was signed on Thursday. All staff are highly motivated and I never need to make follow up calls because every I is always dotted an Ts crossed. An example of this is my end of year statement received within a few days of the new financial year. Very easy to deal with and highly recommended!
