Above and beyond
I found Nick to have great communication skills. His fee's were very competitive, but ultimately I used Nick Bevan as my real estate agent because I liked his communication style. Furthermore, Nick went above and beyond to help me sell my unit. I doubt any other agent would have had he patience to sell it. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
