Zarina was the sellers agent who worked so hard for both her client and us. She had been amazing with the whole process and is willing to do what’s best for both parties. She was honest, helpful and driven to get settlement done in the time frame as we were on certain terms from my our house being settled. Her knowledge of the area and house was exceptional and knew every little detail when asked about certain aspects of the home. This is probably asking the wrong person for a review as Zarina didn't sell our property, we bought one through her and HKY Real Estate in Ellenbrook WA and buying a house is completely different to selling one. Zarina's communication in the purchase process was very good and she kept us up to date with the progress on our O&A. One thing to mention and this is not specific to Zarina and most of the problem lies with the market is going in WA but one 30 minute inspection is not the best way to decide on a purchase of any magnitude as in buying a house. Also the Final Inspection was not what we envisaged as Zarina had the whole thing organised like a military exercise whereas we expected to go in and do our own thing but once again time constraints would probably have prohibited this. We did miss a couple of things, one minor and another which is going to cost us a few hundred dollars but I suppose we just put that down to experience? All in all Zarina was easy to deal with and we got the house for a fair price, what more can I say.
